Needed resources are often located at great distances. The Virtual Incubator immediately delivers needed tools, resources, and services designed to encourage success. These are developed and coordinated by Incubator Management and offered both in the Incubator and through its network of contacts. Major Universities collaborate with the HBCU/MIs to pass on technology and prepare HBCU/MIs to successfully work with the Department of Defense (DoD), Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, Industry, etc.
